Default Character Transfer Question

I want to play through Prophecies campaign (getting to level 20) and then use the same character to play through Nightfall. My question is when I get to Nightfall does my character go back to level 1? It seems if I start Nightfall at level 20 the early part of Nightfall will be too easy. Or does the game adjust the difficulty?

No, your character enters the campaign at his current level and starts at a special point for imported characters. You will not experience the level 1 content although you can do the missions to enable you to complete the Protector and Guardian titles for Nightfall.

See the first Istan section for information on your starting point.

Its not a big problem, the start islands of Nightfall and Factions are a little like the presearing area of Prophesies most of the game map areas is lvl 20 content.

Don't forget prophesies was a very slow paced game in the other two games your 18 or 20 by the time you leave the start areas.
